Return and Replacement

If the shopper is not satisfied with any product purchased by reason of change of mind with the product color, size or material, wrong product delivered, missing parts, and damage or defect, they may return the item within 7 days from receipt of purchase. In this case, they may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Item Condition Policy for Returns

Tequinox Corp. will only accept returns on products that are returned in accordance with the Item Condition Policy for Returns below.

  • All items returned due to change of mind and wrong product delivered should be in sealed condition, meaning the item is unused, unopened and unaltered and still with original receipt. Item should be in its original packaging; complete with all items, labels, and instruction manuals and packaging should not be tampered.

    Note: Replacement for returned items due to change of mind and wrong product delivered will take 2-3 days.
  • All returned items due to missing items/parts would be accepted even if the item has already been opened as long as the item is in good condition and not damaged.

    Note: Replacement for returned items due to missing parts will take 2-3 days.
  • All returned items due to damage and defect will be accepted regardless if the item has already been opened so long as the item is complete.

    Note: Damaged/defective items will be evaluated as soon as the item is received at the warehouse. Quality Evaluation process will take 14 days and maximum of 30 days.

For qualified returns Tequinox Corp. will offer an alternative product. However, an exact product replacement cannot be guaranteed at all times; should this not be possible Tequinox Corp. shall issue a full refund.

Tequinox Corp. will inform the shopper via email regarding the returned item and its replacement or refund.

Refund

If the returned items are not available for replacement, Tequinox Corp. will issue a full refund to the customer.

The refund will be the exact amount paid by the shopper exclusive of the shipping fee.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after qualified returns verification.

Tequinox Corp. will update the shopper via email once the refund has been initiated and successfully processed.

Warranty

Outer Space offers a one-year warranty on all its items.

In the event that your purchased item becomes defective within 30 days of receipt, then the item may be returned for replacement or full refund.

For returns of defective items, call or email Outer Space, then download and fill out the Return Form. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item via email. We will then coordinate with our courier service, 2GO Express, regarding the pull out of your item. Expect 2GO Express to pick up your item within the following time frame:

  •  - For Metro Manila Areas: 2 to 3 business days
  •  - For Non-Metro Manila Areas: 5 to 10 business days
  • Outer Space will take care of the shipping cost.

Note that there will be a 30-day evaluation period of the defective item before we release our own findings. The 30-day period starts on the day that the item is received at our warehouse.

Cancellation

Tequinox Corp. has the right to cancel an order at any time due to typographical or unforeseen errors that results in the product(s) on the site being listed inaccurately (having the wrong price or descriptions etc.)

Payment Complete Orders

Once the shopper has already placed the order and processed the payment, they will not be allowed to cancel the order.

Pending Payment Orders

Tequinox Corp. has the right to cancel an order if the shopper fails to process the payment within 7 business days after the order date or if the shopper fails Tequinox Corp. validation or security authentication.

Shipping and Delivery

After the shopper has successfully placed their order, Tequinox Corp. will verify their transaction.

Once the transaction and the payment is verified, the order will be processed and will be shipped out the next business day.

The shopper can expect to receive their order within the following time frame:

  •  - In Metro Manila Areas: 1 to 7 business days
  •  - In Non-Metro Manila Areas: 5 to 12 business days
  • Tequinox Corp. will send an email to the shopper once the order has been shipped out. The email will contain a tracking link which the shopper could click to track his order and see its delivery status.

Tequinox Corp. will only deliver the items on regular weekdays.

For now, Tequinox Corp. does not have an option for same-day delivery.

Tequinox Corp. offers free shipping within Metro Manila areas for orders above or equal to Php 1,000.00. Within non-Metro Manila areas, shipping is free for orders above or equal to Php 2,000.00.

A shipping fee will be applied for orders below Php 1,000.00 within Metro Manila areas. It will be a flat rate of Php 55.00 for small, medium and large pouches. Also, a shipping fee will be applied for orders below Php 2,000.00 within non-Metro Manila areas. It will be a flat rate of Php 75.00 for small, medium and large pouches.

The courier will only have two delivery attempts. After 2 unsuccessful attempts due to incomplete and/or wrong delivery information, the courier will ask for disposition from Tequinox Corp. If no disposition provided after 24 hours, the courier will deliver the items back to the warehouse.
